Frequent Buyer Program

Canine Caviar Pet Foods Frequent Buyer Program

1. Fill out the Frequent Buyer Enrollment Form below.

You will also receive your first Frequent Buyer Card from us by mail.

2.Take the Frequent Buyer Card to your pet specialty retailer.

Your retailer can keep the envelope in-store and track your purchases.

3.Buy 12 Bags of Canine or Feline Caviar dry food (Venison & Split Pea excluded).

Buy 12 bags of your favorite size of Canine Caviar products within 15 months from the same retailer.
Cut out the 12 Proof-of-Purchase UPC Panels and collect them.

4.GET 1 BAG FREE!

Fill out all the requested information on your Frequent Buyer Card.
Your retailer will give you one free bag of the smallest size bag purchased.

5.Start Over

Your retailer will give you a new Frequent Buyer Card to start collecting your next Buy 12, Get 1 Free UPC panels.

**Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Valid only at participating retailers. Free bag will correspond with the smallest size purchased. Trial sizes, cans, pouches, biscuits, treats and supplements are not included in this program offer.

Repeated enrollment in the program is not necessary. Canine Caviar Breeder Program Members are not eligible. Only one loyalty program per household permitted.
