Canine Caviar is the best dog food we have found. Our Great Danes Sam, Zepplin, and Riley love meal time. They never leave any food in their bowls or on the floor! Zepplin was very boney when we got him. He ate a lot of food and just never looked good. He also shed all the time which is not normal for the breed. Sam was a little over weight. In less than a month on Canine Caviar, Zepplin looked better than good with no shedding and Sam's weight was right were it should be. The benefits I have seen since switching food is incredible. I have switch all kinds of people to Canine Caviar since I switched and they all love it too! One of the added bonuses is they don't need to eat as much which also means less waste!

Our puppy has a very fussy stomach. We put her on Lamb and Pearl Millet, and she LOVES it. Her stomach handles it very well, and her energy, coat, and overall health is amazing. This food comes highly recommended from us, the proud owners of a Boxer puppy!!!

When I first saw Mike, my pure-bread american cocker spaniel, 3 years ago, he was a mess! Covered with bloody, weeping yeast sores, itchy, yeast infected ears, sick with gas, bloating and diarrhea. I took him in and promptly de-toxed him, got him eatting only the B.A.R.F. diet, and watched him flourish! He has been a challenge over the last 3 years as I have tried weening him onto several different high quality dry foods. Every attempt at weening onto any dry food brought back the yeast sores and the infected ears. A friend suggested Canine Caviar and I thought we would at least give it a try. After one month, Mike is doing so well we are able to feed him a full diet of dry kibble, Canine Caviar! We would have fed Mike the B.A.R.F. diet for his entire life, but with 5 kids, 2 adults, 3 dogs and one cat in the house, the cost was an issue. Canine Caviar has kept our Mikey happy, healthy and put 2# on him that we were unable to gain on the raw diet! Mike is a beautiful standard american cocker spaniel who is so active he typically ran 3-5# under weight. Since eatting the Canine Caviar, he has put on and kept on enough weight to cover his ribs and his hips. Our vet was very pleased and so are we! I would recommend anyone give this food a try if they have a dog or cat with allergies or health issues. We are so pleased and so thankful to my friend who suggested it and to Canine Caviar to providing us with a more affordable, healthy alternative for our sweet Mike!

Lola came to us a very over weight pug. She could not breath well at all. Her ears had a very bad yeast infection.
So we put her on the canine caviar dog food and now shels lost about 15pounds and her ears are perfect.
Plus her previous owners said she hated dog food, well not this dog food she loves it.
They were shocked when I said Lola is eating dog food now.
This is a before and after pictures of Lola wow what a change
I wish everyone would believe in the quality of
Dog foods.

I started feeding Canine Caviar when my Dodger Dog was 6 months old. Jack Russell Terriers are known for being very hyper and full of energy. He had bad tear stains and a couple hot spots. After feeding for about a month, they dissappeared. Because of no fillers, corn, soy or wheat, he is very calm compared to other Jack Russells. His coat is like silk. I highly recommend this food as well as the treats.

I had read all the books ono commercial pet foods and all the (literally) garbage that goes into them. I was searching for a good wholesome pet food. Also no matter what food I got, my Boston Terrier would get sick from some sort of allergen. I picked up Lamb & Pearl Millet at the local retailer and was astonished that she didn't get sick and hasn't gotten sick in the 2 yrs that i've used it. Since then , my entire family started getting the food for their dogs & cats as they were envious of my animals' shiny coats.
Thank you for making such a wonderful product and not mass-producing to lower quality. You have a very satisfied customer indeed!

I have been using Canine Caviar for over 5 years now and my dogs show it! When people see them they always ask what I feed, as thier coats just glisten. My Rottweilers are working/conformation dogs and we are now in our 3rd generation of CC dogs. We have produced Champions and Titled dogs in various venues such as Agility and Rally and also some wonderful pets. Serenade Kennels also does rescue work and the dogs we take in are in bad shape. Canine Caviar helps put them on the road to recovery. Thank You for a wonderful porduct.

My dogs LOVE Canine Caviar, we switched over from Timberwolf, and find this to be a much better brand and very affordable. We are all very happy with the switch. I am very particular about what kind of food I feed my dog, and Canine Caviar exceeds my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful food at an affordable price!

I have been feeding my Dogs Canine Caviar for over 5 years now. They are SUPER HEALTHY, happy and their coats are glossy and soft. My thirteen year old German Shepherd has a coat softer than most puppies and teeth as clean as can be. I am always researching to make sure they are getting the best food on the market...your is still the best I can find..Thank You Thank You, I attribute their long healthy lives to your food. Thank You, John, Julie,Shelby,Cesar, Cleo, and Jezzabelle.

We raise Miniature Dachshunds and feed them all fresh bone in raw daily and love the results, however we know not everyone has the time or desire to feed fresh raw so we searched and found Canine Caviar which is the only food we have found that is raw in the canned and kibble form so that new families can feed their babies food that has the benefits of fresh raw but with the convenience of kibble. This is the first litter we have weaned onto the Canine Caviar and they LOVE it. I am very happy with the results and will be suggesting to all the families that get puppies from us that they keep their new puppy on this food if they are unable to do fresh raw. Thanks so much to Aly at Canine Caviar who took the time to research and find answers to my MILLION questions as I made the decision that this was the best food for my babies...I have concluded that when fresh raw cannot be fed Canine Caviar is the ONLY alternative for us.

One year ago our much loved seven year old German Shepherd mix, Molly, became an old dog over night. Numerous trips to several veterinarians and countless blood tests/x-rays pointed to hypothyroidism and what appears to be an autoimmune disease. We have been trying to keep her comfortable with thyroid replacement therapy and prednisone for the past year. I introduced Molly to Canine Caviar (Venison Meal & Split Pea Adult Dinner) one month ago. She became a young dog in three days much to the delight of our family, including our one year old rescue puppy, Posh. Recognizing the importance of diet, I have always fed premium grain free kibble and raw foods. Molly’s recovery has been miraculous. The only thing I can attribute it to is her new diet of Canine Caviar. Our heartfelt thanks to Jeff Baker and the folks at Canine Caviar.

I have 2 rescue dogs that were very sick when I got them. I went through a lot of $ on vets and even considered putting 1 down after 3 1/2 long years. He could not hold down any food. After feeding another food that changed their formula, Paddy and Charlie were very very sick and on medication. My vet bills were so bad...I WAS BAFFLED. I went to Friends of Nature crying and they told me about Canine Caviar. They said a lot of dogs were very sick as well. I took home the Canine Caviar home and slowly gave my babies the food. I was astonished at how quickly they improved by only eat Canine Caviar. They are off their meds and doing great. Canine Caviar saved my dogs life and mine. Thank you and I'm spreading the word around.

I have an English bulldog named Julius. For 7 long years Julius was able to clear a room and embarrass the heck out of me with his flatulence. Company would actually get up and leave the house. If you have ever owned a bulldog you will understand my pain. Well, that all changed when I found Canine Caviars special needs dog food. It changed my life! It changed Julius' life. We started using almost 2 years ago and I am happy to report that Julius' flatulence is practically non existent except for the occasional incident which usually occurs if someone has fed him something he should not have. He is a 9 year old Bulldog and has the energy of a 3 year old; if not a puppy. I only regret not finding this miracle food sooner. Thanks Canine Caviar, and my friends, relatives and suitors thank you too!!! haha

Love your dog food !!.. I have 4 English bulldogs and they have no skin issues and are very healthy.. Which is awesome. I also work for an English bulldog rescue and always promote your food for the dogs I adopt out. I tell people if they spend the money on good food they wont spend money at the vet so they have to choose where they want to spend their money on the dog or send the vets kids to college... Thanks again for creating such a great dog food. My fur babies appreciate it too, they are at healthy weights, great coats, muscular and I never have to coax them to eat their food, they absolutely love it.

Hello,
I am a Champion Doberman breeder and I breed, raise, train, and show Dobermans in AKC conformation competition. I just want to say that I feed exclusively Canine Caviar (for over a year now) to my Dobermans and they thrive on their food. It is the ONLY food I ever fed, where you can switch from the old food to the Canine Caviar directly and have NO stomach/bowel upset! My dog's coats are always shiny and they stay in very nice muscle condition. For anyone who is on the fence, when deciding to try the food, you will do yourself and your pets a great favor by offering Canine/Feline Caviar to their diets.

Samurai is an oriental shorthair, who was abandoned at the E clinic where my sister works at about 5 weeks of age. When he arrived, he had only a slight heartbeat, no pulse or blood pressure. He was saved by the hard work of my sister and her team, but he was severely dehydrated and had some intestinal issues as well. He was not expected to survive, so my sister asked me to adopt him, as he needed constant care, and we were able to provide that. In fact, he did survive, is now 6 years old, and has become the love of my life. I met my husband about 4 years ago, and Samurai accepted him quite quickly. As a result of his start in life, he has had a chronic respiratory infection, and we have tried many times to find a solution. He has been on antibiotics for three years, and we became increasingly uncomfortable with this and sought a second opinion. We were told that surgery was the best option, and Samurai was put under anesthesia for a cat scan and rhinoscopy to assess the situation. Unfortunately, this triggered renal failure, and Samurai got very sick. He was on an IV drip for 3 days and showed some improvement, but he had not been interested in eating, so we were forced to syringe feed. I went to the local independent pet store where we have always purchased our food, and they kindly recommended Feline Caviar. I bought the dry food to transition Samurai's companion, Sable, and I bought the wet Canine Caviar to try to syringe feed Samurai, as he had not eaten properly on his own for almost a week, and we had come to a point of almost grim acceptance. As soon as I placed the dry food in Sable's bowl, Samurai walked over to it and began eating. We were absolutely blown away. In fact, he picked around in the mixture and would only eat the Feline Caviar. This was the first time he had really eaten for almost 3 weeks, and he couldn't get enough of it. Since last night, he has eaten on 4 separate occasions, and Sable has been eating just as much as he has. We know that our journey with Samurai is not going to be easy, but we are so relieved to have found some hope for the future. We can't begin to express our gratitude to our local pet store and to those at your company who have produced this marvelous and frankly life saving product. We will continue to feed our cats your food, and I will make it my mission to support your company. All the best from your new friends in South Carolina.

The vet said that my 17 year old dog needed a lower protein diet, but I wanted to avoid using the prescription diet, which contained a lot of corn ingredients. Due to arthritis and other health issues, my elderly dog also needed a food that would deliver more nutrition in smaller meals (less effort to stand and eat), with smaller kibble size. Brad at Sunlight Feed in Bloomsburg suggested Canine Caviar. My 17 year old Tiger Dog is now eating Canine Caviar Special Needs Formula eagerly, and seems happier and more energetic. Although she may be in her final year or so of life, at least I know that she is getting the BEST food for her situation. I wish I had found this food sooner, but better late than never.
My other senior dog, although energetic and healthy in general, has always had a sensitive stomach, and started too many mornings eating grass and vomiting. I tried some of the Special Needs Formula with her, to see if it would help. Sure enough, her stomach problems have cleared up, in just 2 days of using Canine Caviar!
Now I am looking forward to switching all of my other pets to Canine and Feline Caviar formulas, as soon as my very limited budget will allow. I have already told several friends about your products, and would like to know of any sales rep / promotional / distribution opportunities with your company. I am a professional pet sitter, and will definitely recommend Canine and Feline Caviar to all of my clients!
Thanks for a great product, and the helpful info on your website!

Hi my name is Jason Holland. I travel the world with my high flying Frisbee dogs; Dash, Flipp and B.B.Gyrl. They have all qualified for the world championships since taking Canine Caviar. We have not only noticed a difference in their energy level but also the beautiful shine on the coat with less shedding. I can not say enough good things about the people that work for Canine Caviar, so all seem so sincere and energetic toward the love of heir dogs, and that's what should matter. I feed my dogs the Chicken and Pearl Millet dry food, and we found it easier the feed the Venison Tripe wet food. We also enjoy that all their foods are holistic based ingredients. We highly recommend trying this food for any dog breed high active or not. Jeff Baker has a great team and product. Keep it up!!!

Mini poodle Willow has been on the Special Needs Adult formula since she was six months old. She has many health issues, including two nearly fatal episodes of pancreatitis when she was a pup. The only thing that she can tolerate is the Special Needs formula. I compared the content of Special Needs to the prescription brands and Special Needs was by far superior. My Std. Poodle Dash is 9 years old now and is doing very well on Special needs too.

I am so impressed with the changes in our Labradoodle, Charlie's digestive system since starting on Canine Caviar. He has had problems similar to IBS since puppyhood. He is now 1 year 4 months. He alternated between diarrhea and constipation and had "accidents" in the house almost daily, as he just could not control his bowels when he felt the urge. After one week on this food, he stopped having accidents, does not have gas and seems much more comfortable and playful. I love it! We now not only have Charlie, but our Yellow Lab and Sheltie eating Canine Caviar.Thank you.

I wanted to send a note and thank you for making such a great line of canned foods. We have 2 Wirehaired Vizsla and from September to January they are working hunting dogs. And I mean working, 2-3 times a month, 3-5 days each. Our two wire girls are now 3 years and 16 months, as I write this they are in Kansas hunting pheasant with the "Gang." My husband and his friends (who also feed your canned diets) have a total of 9 bird dogs. Besides the Wirehaired Vizslas, there are several German Wirehair, a Pudelpointer, and a German Shorthair. All these dogs have thrived during the season because of your diets. In fact several of them maintained weight during the season who had never before on any other diet. Thank you for making such a great diet.

We have two big Shiloh Shepherds. So, in our frame of reference, anything less than 85 lbs. is a little doggie (and a dog well in excess of 100 lbs. is the norm). We have read all the myths. The two related, and most "mythical" are, big dogs do not live a long time; and, you should feed your dog the same thing every day. Related? Why? The only thing your dog foods should have in common is high quality. Varying/rotating the diet results in stronger immune systems and adaptive digestion. Our third big dog passed last year at 14 years old - unheard of for a dog her size. We feed a varying rotation diet, which includes Canine Caviar beaver, turkey and tripe. Our dogs thrive.

and My 3 shihtzus!
Here is the picture of my 3 shihtzus. From left to right is Alexis the Grand Duchess, Prince Kai Ling Chow and Princess Jasmine Chin Lee. They just love canine caviar lamb and pearl millet or the chicken with pearl millet. I love that I can give them variety with your line of food and not upset their stomachs like other dog food does when you switch them. I noticed a big change in that with the other food they ate, they kept licking their paws like from some kind of allergy therefore turning their paws brown. Now that is all gone with the holistic food. I feel it is so much better for them, for their coats, teeth and overall health!! Thanks for making such a great product for my babies!! I can be rest assured that they are getting all the essential nutrients they need to live a long and happy life!! :)

Casey is a 11 year old Westie that we adopted from rescue on Thanksgiving Day 2006. She wasn't properly cared for by her previous owners and the decided at 10 years old to give her up. Once rescue got her, she was diagnosed with Addison's Disease. She was weak, couldn't run, and missing a lot of her hair on her back. Realizing that an older dog with health problems would be difficult to place, we decided to adopt her. She now is healthy and active. She likes to run and chase the squirrels in the back yard. And she cannot get enough of Canine Caviar. She loves the Lamb and her favorite treat is the Salmon bites (great for her skin).

This is our bernese mountian dog puppy Arwen who is fed Canine Caviar exclusivly! From he lamb and rice food right down to her fish stix treats, all she gets is Canine Caviar products (except perhaps for a piece of broccoli or two slipped to her from the twins dinner plates). All of our dogs thrive on the Canine Caviar products! Thought with summer winding down, that perhaps this picture would look cute in the pet of the month profile, she gets all her swimming energy from her Canine Caviar diet! Attached are pictures of Keegan and Arwen, my two young berners who completed their championships in August 2007. Arwen was 17 months and Keegan was 13 months upon completion of their championship. Also attached is Remington, who completed his Championship at 14 months old. All my berners are fed Canine Caviar exclusively, I have been showing dogs since 1980, and have tried all sorts of foods, and was in the opinion that it was all breeding and genetics that made the dog and as long as you were feeding a "high quality" food, it didn't matter which brand it was, until I tried Canine Caviar. I had a noticable difference in coats, attitude and general health in a matter of weeks, and now having fed it for over 3 years, I wouldn't switch. I am sold on Canine Caviar, and although I have not bred a litter in many years, I have some litters anticipated in the next year, and I have required that my puppy homes, both show dogs and pets are asked to feed Canine Caviar whenever possible. Does Canine Caviar have "puppy packs"? I would love to offer these to new puppy homes. I am in the breeder program, and sing the praises to anyone who asks about foods and to many that don't ask. Three cheers to Canine Caviar!!

Yes, he is big for a chihuahau, but he isn't fat. He has long legs. He stands with his back about 2" above his friends. Right now I have a bag of lamb and pearl millet, I guess that would be the lamb at .49%. He loves it! I'm glad to know I can still give it to him. I will have to tell my doctors office, because the girls at the front desk there said "oh that is the worst" I think they didn't know what they were talking about, besides they probably want me to but the expensive prescriptions stuff.

This is a picture of my 13 year old Standard Poodle named Sable. He looks kind of sad in this picture, but he isn't. He is a very happy, very active "geriatric" dog. I don't like it when the vet uses that word to describe Sable, but he is elderly. He still acts like a pup though. I attribute much of that to the Canine Caviar dog food. He eats the Special Needs. I had to take the picture of him lying down because he is always on the move when he is up. Very hard to get to sit still for a picture!! Again, keep up the great work your company does!! We always get our Canine Caviar from Petland in Fort Wayne, IN. Very great store - we just love it. We are there at least once/week :)

I thought that you would like to see the success on the new products. I do not advise anyone to let their dog eat these in the car. (stinks really bad) Authur was getting his biopsy and Cloey was pouting in the car. So I decieded to try out the fish sticks and the only thing I had was my phone to take the pic. Cloey saw something out the window jumped up and still wouldn't let go of the fish stick.

About 3 years ago we started out in the Bulldog breed. Though we started out with a line that was known for good health and great temperaments we knew a solid nutritional plan was necessary to present our dogs in superior condition. For 2 years we experimented with several very good dog foods that consistently received outstanding reviews. While the results on those foods were good we were not seeing the superior results we were looking for. About 9 months ago I picked up a pamphlet on your company at a local store. After a few weeks of research we decided to give your food a try. After feeding your Chicken and Pearl Millet for 9 months I am convinced that we are feeding the BEST dog food on the market. Today, our dogs are full of energy and are in superior condition from top to bottom. Every time we are complimented on the condition of one of our dogs we recommend Canine Caviar. Your breeder program is excellent and easy to use at the local store. I have a attached a picture of one of our boy's....Bear. Just wanted you to see how a Canine Caviar feed Champion Bulldog looked. Notice the muscle definition, bright coat and lack of tear staining....all possible as a result of feeding your dog food. Thanks for producing a great product.

I am Taffy's mom. Shes a 3 year old, 19 lb. Yorkie and has been suffering with those allergy bumps for 3 yrs. We've taken her to the vet many times but their solution was to give her a shot and prednisone pills. They only created worse problems. We've tried prescription dog food from the vet but realized the ingredients were not healthy. We buy expensive shampoo and conditioners from the vet but they really didn't help. Taffy would wake me in the middle of the night by throwing her back by me so I could scratch it. We've tried everything. She was miserable. Then I read in The Whole Dog Journal about Canine Caviar. We gave it to Taffy and 9 days later.. NO MORE BUMPS and she's itch free!! I am telling everyone I know about this product. I had to write you and thank you from a very happy dog and her mommy.

Rascal is a six year old Irish Setter. Rascal came to his mom a little over a year ago ridden with allergies and ear infections. He scratched constantly and was covered in hot spots ... he was just plain miserable. After trying several brands of kibble and a raw diet without luck, Rascal found Canine Caviar. He is hot spot, ear infection and scratch free. Rascal has a renewed energy and zest for life. He even runs laps around the yard now! Rascal's favorite Canine Caviar products are Special Needs Adult, Gourmet Beaver and the Sun-Cured Norwegian Kelp. He never minds a bite of Doggie Biscotti every now and again either. Rascal and his family live in Atlanta, GA and their favorite place to buy Canine Caviar is Soapy Puppy in Alpharetta or Pet Supplies Plus in Midtown.

The pride and joy of my life is my 7yr old Australian Cattle, Dog Rocky Raccoon. She is the highest drive most spoiled dog you will ever meet. That and she is soooo intelligent. I can teach that girl anything in about 5 min. We train and compete at local Agility Trails. She LOVES it! She also knows and loves the sport of fly ball, loves to Lure Course and is now training in herding. Because of health issues, I long ago learned about the importance of feeding a corn and wheat free diet. I am always looking for other ways to keep her at her best. After doing some research, I decided to try the Canine Caviar. I ordered the Lamb & Pearl Millet Adult Dinner. WOW!!! She has got back her speed and drive. I had not realized she'd slowed up so much till the speed came back. Keeping up with that girl on the Agility Field is not so easy to do now. I have my pup back and leave the field gasping for breath :). I LOVE THAT DOG!! Thank You for turning me onto the Canine Caviar.

I don't have a pet of the month, I have a pet of a lifetime. There will never be another Woof. Woof aka Woofie is a 13 year old Pit-bull-Beagle (Pit beagle) mix. Twelve years ago I was a single mother with a 6 year old boy named Zachary. I always took in other peoples unwanted animals, so I had a pet rat, yes RAT, named Tabitha. After about a year for found out that she had terminal cancer. I took her to be put to sleep and while I was at the vets office I decided to take a look at the dogs that were up for adoption. After looking for a bit I was ready to leave. The adoption officer told me to take a look at the 9 month old puppy that was behind the door. It was love at first site. Her name was Little Girl and she was the off-spring of a fighting Pitbull mother and beagle father. God only knows how that happened! She was removed from her home and had spent about 1 month behind that door. She was mine from that second. She never answered to Little Girl but she perked up when we woofed at her. So we say she picked her own name. When my husband came into our lives, he fell for her too. They are attached at the hip now. John even told the vet that "this dog can never die, you have to keep her alive forever". Woofie was diagnosed with Lyme disease about two years ago but later that was changed to Pancreatitis. When she has a bout of stomach trouble she vomits and is lethargic most of the day. We have tried many different foods to see if we could find something that her stomach could tolerate. After the recent recall of so many different pet foods we decided to switch to a holistic food. I went into our favorite pet store, The Hungry Puppy, and asked for a senior holistic food. They referred me to Canine Caviar Special Needs. After just 2 months on her new diet Woofie has made some remarkable changes. She has so much more energy and her coat is so soft and shiny. She vomits a lot less and we are hoping in time that it will stop for good. Woofie acts like she is that 9 month old puppy I fell in love with so many years ago. Woofie has won the hearts of everyone that has ever had the pleasure to meet her. Even people who are terrified of dogs. We think Canine Caviar is her fountain of youth so we can enjoy her company for another 12 years, at least!

Hi Jeff, I feed the dry Canine Caviar Chicken formula to all my dogs, 5 Bouviers and a Black Russian Terrier. My dogs are thriving on the food; they have beautiful coats, lots of energy and are picture of health. Three of the dogs are currently being shown in conformation and two are active in herding. Here is a picture of our 22 month old Bouvier Trey. He is a AKC and International Champion and loves to herd sheep!! The attached picture was taken at the International show in October 07.

Jeff. Tina from Purr-fect Pet here. I just wanted to let you know that we love the new dry cat food size. Please don't change it back. We have a nearly toothless cat who always throws up the food because he swallows it whole and can not digest it. We have been feeding him canned natural balance which he like but is a pain in the rear because he can only eat a little at a time or he throws up. That means we are feeding him at least 6 times a day. With the new size of dry, he is eating it again and having no problems. That means we don't have to be tied to the kitchen all day making sure the other cats don't eat his wet food. THANKS! Please keep it small!

I have been feeding Canine Caviar for 2 years now. I have 2 Newfoundlands, one show and one just for a pet. Both dogs have beautiful dark eyes and dark noses and smaller stools...which is great with these big guys! My Landseer, the pet, has skin allergies and USED to get severe hot spots about once a month, since on Canine Caviar he has had 2 periods!!!!!! At 7 years old he has never looked better and finally has beautiful coat. My show dog, Tux, has a ton of coat, its shiny and jet black...no need to color enhancing shampoo's at our house anymore! His coat always looks beautiful with little effort on my part..One of the many reasons he is the Top Show Dog in Alaska 2005!!! Thanks Canine Caviar!

Hello. My two dogs are big fans of your treats. My 13 year old lab never exhibited any of the genetic traits typical of a hunting dog, but she does a great job of ‘pointing’ the Doggie Biscotti treats that sit on the shelf in my office. She never has to wait too long to be rewarded. My 12 year old Chesapeake Retriever mix, which was dropped off at the local shelter last year by her owner, doesn’t do any of the work but is very happy to accept the treats that come her way.

Just wanted to let your company know that my shelties have been doing well on your food so far. I have had problems finding a food that does not induce itching. I had them on Canidae for a couple of years and although I have tried other top quality holistic based dog foods this was the best food I could find even if they had some itching on it. But the itching was much less then when on other foods. I recently tried KV Vet Supplies’ "Owen and Mandeville" holistic dog food which also made them itch horribly. Although they did like the taste of it very much it seemed. But still the itching pursued. One day I ran across your website and decided why not give your food a try? I liked your ideology with pet food and you were one of the last hopes since I have tried off and on about every dog food on the market in the high end at one time or another trying to find a good fit for my three shelties. They are also show dogs so it's important to find something that keeps them in optimal health and coat. I have been feeding your adult chicken and millet to them now for 3-4 weeks and they are doing well on it! The puppy has stopped itching and scratching and the older two shelties are not biting and licking their paws either anymore! They don't seem to like the taste as much as Owen and Mandeville Puppy Pride food but they will eat it. They did not care for the lamb adult food so I mix a little lamb and more chicken for them to eat it well. I bought one small bag of both and will be ordering more in the future but just the chicken. The lamb doesn't seem to entice them to eat. Less flavor? But at least they are not itching anymore! I don't know what the difference is between your food and Owen and Mandeville's Puppy Pride, as you seem to have very similar ingredients. But whatever it is or isn't it seems to be working. I am also seeing some coat improvement as well recently. So I am anxious to see what they are like by 6-8 weeks on your food. I just wish there was a retailer close by to exclude shipping costs. ;-)

Just wanted to thank everyone for everything your doing to make a superior product. Gillian our little Westie, was not very healthy as a pup. From the day we picked her up, she chronically had blood in her stool. The vet offered very little insight. We had tried many other "top" brands, including what they sold at the vet clinic and then tried Canine Caviar. A week after feeding Gillian your chicken and pearl millet formula the condition cleared up. Gillian is two years old now and we are always amazed by her endless energy, and constantly get complements on her shiny coat and bright eyes. Keep up the great work.

I am writing to you today to thank you for your fabulous product. I have five animals, four of which have health problems. I have a Labrador retriever, who is allergic to Dairy, Wheat/Barley/Rye Gluten, Soy, Corn, Oats and Beef. He gets bouts of diarrhea, severe staph infections, ear infections and hot spots. I have an Akita-Doberman mix that gets food related ear yeast infections from Potatoes. I have a female cat that gets Sturvite Crystals and also can not have dairy products. I have another female cat that gets recurrent anal gland issues. I changed foods many, many times for my Labrador. I had finally put him on the IVD Rabbit and Potato, one of the few foods he could tolerate. But my dogs constantly get into each others foods and then my Akita-Dobe Mix started having issues with the potatoes. My cats too were on the food roller coaster for a long time. A food good for crystals would cause worse anal gland issues in the other. Many cat foods have dairy in them. I also wanted a food with all natural ingredients and no chemical preservatives as I do not even eat those things myself. Finally, I wanted foods with meat listed as the first ingredient. Finding foods that all my animals could eat was becoming impossible and I was considering home feeding, but did not have the time, or the know how to do so. I finally stumbled on a website by a Doctor John Symes who studies allergies in pets. He advises all pet owners to avoid Gluten, Dairy, Corn and Soy. On his site he recommended your foods on his very short list of foods that he felt are safe to feed to pets with allergies and epilepsy. As soon as I found your food offered in a local pet store named Total Pet Care, on Long Island, NY – I switched. All of my animals are now eating your foods and have been since January of this year. The cats are eating the regular adult Chicken with Pink Salmon formula. The dogs are both eating the adult Lamb and Millet. No hot spots, diarrhea, ear infections or staph on my Labrador. No yeasty ears on my Akita-Dobe mix. No crystals formations for my cat or vomiting from dairy. Anal gland issues in my other cat have decreased by about 80%. I frequent a few pet forums, and I have read of many people searching far and wide for a food like yours that their pets can tolerate, with high quality ingredients and then the manufacturer adds an ingredient that wasn’t there originally and the pets can no longer tolerate the food and then the owner has to switch again – which is no easy task when your pets have intolerances. With all the health problems that your foods have cured in my animals, I beg you not to change a thing and again I thank you for a superior product! I will recommend it to everyone I know. Your customer for life.

We have used Canine Caviar for all 4 of our Standard Schnauzer's, since switching from distributing Solid Gold about 2 years ago. We have been very pleased with the food and one thing special I have been particularly aware of in the past couple of weeks. We built a new home (moved in a couple weeks ago) and have a small, temporary pen for the dogs to potty in. With just a couple feet of limestone rock spread at the edge, the dogs have quickly learned to potty in a very confined area and then I pick up after them.....anyway, having had to pick up for a few weeks I can definitely attest to the fact that the stools are DEFINITELY small, firm, and very easy to dispose of---and this means a lot when having multiple dogs. I always knew this to be the case and would tout this to the members of the classes I teach, however, now I have been right out there "in the trenches" picking this stuff up! Anyway, any feedback you can offer would be fine.

Well, I have some very good news. We started feeding Canine Caviar, combination of Special Needs and Chicken and Millet. They get raw once in a while with the occasional spoon of green tripe or pumpkin or yogurt. Buddy is actually walking better and even jumping for treats at age 14. I'm amazed. I get a can of green tripe, smash it up and mix it with water and put it in an old liter soda bottle, and then I pour a little over the kibble, and tell them it's yummy gravy. None of them is shedding nearly as much as they did this fall. Amazing.

I am sure all pet owners have been very concerned about what is in the food they purchase for their dogs. I was so pleased to get an email from you telling us more about your product - even where it was made! I sincerely doubt that other pet food companies have done that. Our 7 month old puppy loves the food, is slim and trim (just right for his age) has boundless energy, shiny coat and bright eyes. We plan to stay with your product, as the results say it all! Thanks again for your timely informative notice!

For many years my dog lived on the Science Diet all natural formula. Recently, they changed the formula and added oats. My dog is highly allergic to oats. I tried many formulas that didn't contain oats. None agreed with her. She still vomited after eating them. Finally, I tried the Canine Caviar Chicken formula. The first time I gave it to her, she ate the entire bowl, which is uncharacteristic of her. She didn't vomit. I have been feeding Canine Caviar to her for the past few weeks and she is doing very well on it.

Bear (CH Cobeauche Belenus Butterbear) was a lanky boy. We switched him onto Canine Caviar and watched him turn into a well developed, healthy (he has OFA'd heart (C), thyroid, hips, elbows, CERF, and goinoscopy of 90% - 95%), beautiful boy. He finished with back to back 4 point majors at Brush Prairie in 2005 out of the Bred By Class. He has gone onto become a Top Ten Bouvier for 2006, and has been invited to the Top Twenty competition for the National Specialty in 2006. Mame (Cobeauche Elegant D'Or) pictured at only six months and two weeks, and her first show, won Best of Opposite in Sweeps at the So. Calif. Bouvier des Flandres Specialty in May 2006. She is also our first litter with the Puppy Gold supplement. She is one of a litter of nine healthy and happy puppies. This is the first easy whelp of any Bouvier that I have ever experienced. Her mother Ange (CH Cobeauche Bel Ange Beni D'Or) actually ate breakfast an hour before she naturally delivered nine puppies in six hours with a two hour break between the seventh puppy and puppies eight and nine. We cannot thank Canine Caviar enough for having wonderful products that have proven to maximize the potential of our dogs. Thank you so much,

Just wanted to send you a HUGE THANK YOU! I purchased your Lamb and Pearl Millet Adult food at the dog show in Portland, OR this Friday. My German Shepherd has been sick with a chronic snotty nose, the vets have put her on every antibiotic imaginable, this last ditch effort to save her life was fungal meds that the long term side effects could kill her liver. For 3 weeks I gave her the meds, I watched her stop eating, loose hair and weight. While talking to your rep selling the food I decided to buy a small bag and a couple of cans of food. When I got home I measured the required amount and mixed some canned with it and put it in front of my very picky eater and she ate it. I was shocked! By Saturday afternoon I noticed a decrease in the snot production. (I decided to take her off the meds as I tried this new food so she had had no meds since Thursday) As of today 5 days later her coat is shinny & soft, she is eating, with wet mixed in or just dries (something she never does), her snott production is very little and clear instead of yellow/green/white. She has more energy than she knows what to do with; it has been along time since she has had the energy to run after the horses. Her eyes are bright and alert. I am hopeful that I will no longer have to face putting her to sleep. My next visit to my vet is going to be interesting as I am going to share my findings with them and tell them that we should have started with the food and then moved forward. I can't even tell you how much money and time I have spent trying to save my dogs life. I plan to purchase the puppy formula for my new puppy as soon as it comes in to the Battle Ground Location. I'm spreading the word for you, I'm in school to be a vet tech and I have already turned 2 other people on to your dog food. Again Thanks for putting out a quality food that surpasses the others.

This dog food is so amazing I can't understand why everyone is not using it! Ginger my 9 year old min. dachshund really needs it, she had her GI track ripped up by a worm about 3 years ago, at the time they had her use ID dog food, even though she was allergic to corn! I wish I had know about the product back then, since then she was on Merrick not a really bad food but compared to your food, this is much better for her! I am so glad that I met Rod at the dog show in Auburn, I just switched them right over, and no problems at all! I am telling all of my friends how wonderful the food is.

On Dec 17, I bought a min pin. The person who was the go-between of me and the breeder was Lindy at Pet Safari in Phoenix, AZ. She gave me some sample bags of your Canine Caviar to take home. She was out of stock when I ran out of the samples, and the vet told me they recommended Science Diet. So, I switched. . . .Within a few days, my puppy was terribly constipated. And within two weeks, I noticed the luster of his coat had diminished and that we now had "flakes" of dandruff from dry skin. Luckily, Pet Safari got their supplies back in stock and I was able to get him back on your dog food. I also started feeding it to my Chihuahua at the same time. Well, I would love to tell you that they are now the sweetest things on earth, but alas; their feces still stink! :) However, the min pin is getting his shine back; his flakes are almost all gone; his constipation has gone away; and. . .best of all, my 5-year-old, long-haired Chihuahua is also getting HIS illustrious coat back. I had worried for some time that his coat just had no "sheen" to it. It was dull; and he also suffered from "dry skin" for which the vet recommended a moisturizing spray. I know that we have only been on your food for a little over two weeks now, but I can tell you that they are already looking healthier! Thank you so much.

My dog, Bailey, has severe allergies. She is allergic to All grains, fish, grass, flies, ants, and a whole list of other things. Canine Caviar Venison and Split Pea is the only dry dog food I have found that she can eat. She LOVES IT!!! It is small kibble and I have seen our cats eat some of it too!!!
Thank you for making such a fine product!!!

I have been using Canine Caviar for over 6 years and it has helped my dogs perform excellent on the Schutzhund field, in the conformation ring and in their role as Search and Rescue worker. All our Rottweilers are Search and Rescue trained and are AKC Conformation Champions as adults. We have been breeding Rottweilers of sound mind and body since 1976 and have produced well over fifty Champions, working titled dogs and many wonderful companion dogs. When people notice tour dogs shinning coats and stunning performance, they ask what I feed. I tell that Canine Caviar, consistent exercise and training keep our dogs in top condition. Thank You for such a digestible food.

Our pug puppy could not be any happier with the switch that we made to Canine Caviar. Since we switched puppy food he has not only been able to digest his meals better then he has before but his overall health/mood and coat could not be any better. The best part is he loves the food so much he eats every morsel that we put in his bowl. Im so glad that we got recommended to give our dog Canine Caviar I would never give my dog anything else after seeing what a difference it has made in our baby boy. Thank you so much!!!

Last summer my 12 year old poodle, Sequel, started scratching, and scratching, and scratching. Nothing helped. Not flea medicine, not soothing shampoo baths, nothing. She managed to chew all the hair off her legs and her back and around her tail and she scratched the hair off her ears. She looked terrible. Her groomer suggested a food allergy was the culprit and suggested several foods. In the meantime, we were feeding her different things to find out what exactly she was allergic too. At this point it's easier to say what's she's not allergic to. Canine Caviar! In February, after a few weeks on the Canine Caviar, her hair started to grow back and the constant itching and scratching stopped. Her hair grew back shiny and full and soft. She loves the food and is a much happier little dog. Thanks!

We recently adopted Peter a 5 month old puppy from our local Humane Society. Peter had been abandoned on a rural road in N.C. with his litter mates and had been shuffled from the local Animal Control, to a Humane Society in Southern MD, and then to our local facility in Baltimore. Throughout his 3 month journey Peter was fed different foods and experienced tremendous stress. We brought Peter home along with his diarrhea, dry skin, and lethargic personality. Peter has been eating Canine Caviar for one month now and the results are tremendous. His stools are firm and small in volume, his coat is smooth and shiny, his eyes are bright and clear, and his disposition and energy level has totally changed. I worked for The Iams Pet Food Co. for 9 years representing Iams and Eukanuba so it takes alot to impress me when it comes to animal feed formulations and results. Canine Caviar has provided us with great results for a puppy with quite a rough start to life. Thanks from Peter and the rest of our family for a great product. It would be nice if I ate as healthy as he does!
